Jennifer Martin Smith
Jennifer Martin Smith graduated with honors from the University of Missouri - Kansas City in 2002 and received her B.S. in Sociology from Missouri State University in 1999. After practicing employment litigation in Kansas City, Missouri for several years, Jennifer relocated to Topeka where she primarily focuses on child welfare litigation including serving as Guardian ad Litem for children in need of care and in highly contested divorce and custody cases. In addition to child advocacy, Jennifer’s practice includes adoption, appellate work and general family law. Jennifer is licensed to practice in Kansas, Missouri, and the United States Court for Federal Claims.
